CEO's Message

The culinary influences brought by the foreign invaders to India have added a lot to India’s regional cuisines.. This cuisine which is unique to various parts of india.. gives us a rare glimpse into the psyche of the people, the region and the story behind its dishes.

I aim to show through my work… how vast a country we live in and how varied a culinary treasure we possess. My guiding principle has been to introduce diners in south korea to “real Indian food”… I wanted to show them that beyond Butter Chicken and Paneer Makhni, there is a whole universe of Indian food that is “seasonal, plant-based, light in flavour, and is a symphony of discoveries”

. Until now.. , For South Koreans.. the India they knew was meat with cream, butter, burnt to death and spiced to incendiary delight. .. We Indians in south korea.. have forgotten our countries wisdom.. I feel this is a perfect time to introduce South Korean’s to seasonal, regional, local food and old traditions from india.. I am very confident that the discerning consumer in South Korea is looking at finding a new insight into the culinary world of indian cuisine I truly believe that When south korean’s hear an anecdote about a particular dish or its ingredients from india, it makes the whole experience of eating even more memorable.. I feel The food and culture of any place go hand in hand.. and our cuisines can surely play a part in brining our countries together . .. this Is my effort to appreciate and preserve the culinary heritage of india.
