Chef Manpreet Singh also has had the fine opportunity to work with some of the best known brands in the country including ITC Hotels , Radisson, Machan , Whyndham worldwide , Shereton , Hayyat and he has been responsible for introducing south korea to some of the finest indian food they have had … ever.. . Chef Manpreet Singh adds “ Yes south korea was a huge challenge for me.. I was entrusted with the task of opening up an Indian Restaurant in Korea.. it was very difficult as They barely speak my language… I understood that I had to learn to understand how to communicate with them..… but then I realized.. at the end of it all.. the “food” is always the star.. so I focused on what I do best …using a well-balanced mixture of modern and ancient techniques.. and creating some of the most interesting cuisine south korea had ever witnessed.
Presently Chef Manpreet Singh is the Head Chef of The Tandoor #Modernthentic Restaurant and he is using his Experience Of indian food , curries, and kebabs , in creating diversified new recipes that are Totally Different in the way they are presented. To do creativity at the level we do it ... seven days a week, twelve hours a day, I usually dedicate more than double the time most chef do. . and it’s a truly exciting and challenging .. I love to see the smiles on the faces of my guests.. that Is what makes my day”
